This firm has been incepted as a prolongation and further development of industrial furnace making activity from its forerunners M/s. Pioneer Equipment Co. Pvt. Ltd. Our range includes Electric Resistance Bale Out Furnace Type He MK1V, Electric Ladle, Shaft Furnace for Melting & Holding of Aluminum, High Efficiency Bale Out Furnace MK 111 and Electric Resistance Bale Out Furnace MK1V. Additionally, we also offer Regenerative Gas Fired Tilting Crucible Furnace, Axis Tilting Furnace C.A, Resistance Bale-Out Furnace MK 1V, Slkenar High Stack Furnace, Gear Ladle and Lip pour Tilting Furnace. Manufactured using high grade raw material, these are appreciated for their features such as high tensile strength, accurate dimensions, rust free, durability, heat resistance and maintenance free.
Our firm got the most unique opportunity in the year 1984 to 1987 for fabricating the specialized plant & machinery for 100 TPD Minicement Project. The project included fabrication of robust equipment such as Vertical Kiln, Nodulizer, Ball Mill and Rod Mill, which was successfully commissioned by us. We have been engaged in manufacturing our range of furnaces to the internationally renowned 'Sklenar' and 'Morgan' designs from U.K. Moreover, we have successfully supplied & commissioned a few hundred furnaces in India and overseas. The smallest furnace that we have commissioned has the capacity of 8 Kgs. Aluminum and the largest 20,000 Kgs. Aluminum capacity. Further, we have also satisfactorily executed few export assignments to the renowned Morgan Molten Metal System designs from U.K. We also customize these as per the requirements of our clients.
